If Daybreak cancels
If we need to cancel a booking, for example for safety reasons, you get a full refund.
Unpaid bookings
A booking that is not paid is cancelled automatically 24 hours before the visit, or 1 hour after booking for visits less than 24 hours away. Nothing is charged.
Repeat bookings
Each visit in a repeat booking follows these rules on its own.
Shorter visits and problems
If the provider logs less time than you booked, the difference is refunded. If something went wrong, report it from your dashboard within 48 hours of the visit ending and Daybreak will look into it before the provider is paid.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show them.
